TERMS & CONDITIONS
Orders are generally processed within one business day. For next working day delivery, orders need to be received by 3.00pm. This excludes weekends.
We deliver via Royal Mail or other courier at our discretion, and require a physical delivery address (not a PO Box) as items delivered by courier will require a signature.
For orders shipped within the UK, our standard delivery charge is £3.95. Standard delivery is free for clothing orders over £50.00.
Please allow an extra day for deliveries to Northern Ireland.

RETURNS PROCESS
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to make a return simply send your unwanted item within 30 days of receipt, unused and in its original condition with your completed returns form to or proof of purchase:

We do not refund shipping and handling charges and you are responsible for all shipping costs on merchandise being returned to us.
Always ask for proof of posting to ensure a full refund, even if your parcel gets lost.
EXCHANGES
For exchanges please return the unwanted item back to us for a refund and place a new order.
FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS
If we have sent you the wrong item or it has been damaged in transit we will cover the shipping fees back to us and offer you a full refund or exchange.
SALE ITEMS
All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned. We can exchange sizes for same sale item. If we receive a returned sale or final sale item, the package will be returned to you and a staff member will notify you via email. No refund will be issued.
