With our roots suitably entangled with a life by the sea, we appreciate the need as a business and a brand, to take steps to ensure that our oceans and green spaces are preserved for our future generations to enjoy, as we have.

From the ground up

From ethical suppliers and fabrics, to the way we are dealing with our waste, it all starts at home. We are taking positive steps in the right direction to reduce our footprint as a business. Now at our flagship store and adjoining café Drift-In we have implemented weekly recycling collections, and are consciously trying our best to distance ourselves from the use of heavy plastics where possible, be it replacing plastic bottles for glass or cans, or swapping over all of our takeaway food and clothing packaging to greener alternatives.

Sustainable Packaging

For all online orders we have removed the use of polybags, and swapped for a bio degradable plant based alternative. Our new Kraft mailers ensure that your products get to you safely and can be easily recycled on receipt. 

      

 

In Summary 

We are aware, and are the first to admit, that we all have some way to go. But we believe that by making conscious steps in the day to day running of our retail stores and cafes to reduce our impact, we can make a big difference for our future generations.
