These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nickscameras website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products offered

Nickscameras offers new and carefully inspected pre-owned cameras and lenses from manufacturers including Leica, Nikon, Fujifilm, and Sony. Pre-owned inventory is tested and graded prior to listing, and condition is described as accurately as possible. Listing photography is representative of the stated grade; the individual unit shipped may show minor variation consistent with that grade.

Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed subject to availability. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which supports major cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Prices displayed at checkout are final at the time of purchase.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase by contacting live chat. Once this window has closed, the order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

Nickscameras currently ships to addresses within the United States only. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

All items, new and pre-owned, are covered under our 30-day Return and Refund Policy. No exclusions apply.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Nickscameras website only for lawful purposes and to refrain from any activity that disrupts, damages, or attempts unauthorized access to our systems.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nickscameras is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.
